Creating Space for Connection and Growth
Imagine a Saturday spent in a circle of peers who understand your challenges, share your ambitions, and inspire your growth. Branch Request invites women software engineers to step away from the usual routine, not to escape work, but to engage with it more deeply — through conversations that matter, moments that energize, and connections that last.
This isn’t just another event. It’s a call to bring your curiosity, your experiences, and your unique voice into a community that’s here to listen, collaborate, and grow with you.
What to expect:
Collaborative Group Discussions – Engage in thought-provoking conversations about challenging career situations and technical growth. No panels, no speakers—just real, interactive discussions with fellow engineers.
Walk & Talk (Rain or Shine) – Step away from the usual networking format and walk with a conversation partner along the nearby Burke Gillman Trail. Exchange insights on career growth, technical challenges, and personal aspirations while enjoying the benefits of movement and fresh air.
The Decompression Experiment – Discover and share practical ways to unwind after work. From micro-habits to creative rituals, this interactive activity will introduce you to new ways to recharge and switch off from work mode.
Hosted at Pacha Collective, just steps from the beautiful Green Lake loop. Connect, recharge, and fuel new friendships over delicious coffee.
